التعدّدية الثقافية: مقاربة نقدية

الملخص

تدرس هذه الورقة البحثية مفهوم التعدّدية الثقافية من خلال مقاربة نقدية وذلك بالتطرق إلى مختلف السياسات التي يتأسس عليها المفهوم العام لهذه الفكرة والمتمثلة في: سياسة الإعتراف الثقافي، سياسة الإندماج الثقافي، سياسة الحياد الثقافي، والتي تثير الكثير من النقاشات والجدالات الفكرية بين مختلف الإتجاهات التي اهتمت بالبحث في مضامينها، أسسها ومبادئها إلى جانب آثارها وانعكاساتها على الأمن القومي عامة ومجال الأمن الهويّاتي خاصة للفرد والجماعة، المجتمع والدولة -القومية كلّها بعرضنا لمختلف المشكلات والمعضلات الأمنية التي تطرحها كلّ منها بالتركيز على الإنتقادات والاتهامات الموجّهة لها. This paper endeavors to examine the general concept of the multiculturalism theory through a critical approach. To doing so, the research tackles with the theory’s policy on which is the general concepts of this idea is based: Cultural Recognition Policy, Cultural Integration Policy and Cultural Neutrality Policy which have raised many intellectual discussions and debates between the various trends that have been interested in studying their contents, foundations and principles. It also sheds light on the implications of these policies on the national security in general and the field of cultural identity security in particular, especially for individual and group, society and the nation-state. All in all, this study presents the different problematic and security dilemmas that the theory poses, focusing on the accusations and criticism which it faces.
