الملخص
ملخص: يتناول المقال نقاشا نظريا حول الأبعاد التنموية من منظور التنمية المستديمة ، لاسيما البعد البيئي و الاقتصادي و الاجتماعي،ضمن منظومتين، منظومة البيئة الطبيعية و الايكولوجية و منظومة البيئة الاقتصادية و الاجتماعية على اعتبار أن جملة الأبعاد وفق هذا المنظور لا تخرج عن نطاق البيئة الشاملة التي تخفي البصمة البيئية الشاملة و المكونة لصورة التكافل و الاعتماد المتبادل بين مجموعة الأبعاد بما فيها الأبعاد الفرعية في إطار استراتيجية قائمة على المفاضلة و الاختيار العقلاني لمسار تنموي مناسب للوضع، و يتخلل هذا المسار جملة من التعقيدات القائمة على الجدلية التي تنبثق عن تصريف المطالب بين الأبعاد، فمطالب البيئة غالبا ما تمثل التحدي البارز تجاه النمو الاقتصادي، و العكس صحيح، مثلما تمثل مطالب الانسان التحدي البارز في امكانية اراحة المؤشرات الاقتصادية لصالح العمل على بناء إقتصاد قوي، و هو نفس الحال بالنسبة للمبالغة في الإجراءات التثبيتية للمؤشرات الاقتصادية على حساب الانسان و إهمال بناء القدرات التي من شأنها أن تعد لنا الإنسان القادر على تجاوز التحديات و بناء نموذج أكثر عقلانية. Abstract The article deals with a theoretical discussion about the developmental dimensions from the perspective of sustainable development, Especially the environmental, economic and social dimension, within two systems, The natural and ecological environment system and the economic and social environment system Considering that the totality of dimensions according to this perspective does not go beyond the scope of the overall environment, Which hides the comprehensive environmental footprint that forms the image of interdependence between the set of dimensions, including the sub-dimensions, within the framework of a strategy based on differentiation and the rational choice of a development path appropriate to the situation, This path is permeated with a number of complications based on the dialectic that emerge from the disposition of demands between dimensions, Environmental demands often represent the most prominent challenge to economic growth, and vice versa, Just as human demands represent the prominent challenge in the possibility of resting economic indicators in favor of working to build a strong economy, The same is the case with the exaggeration of the stabilizing measures of economic indicators at the expense of the human being Neglecting capacity building that would prepare us as a person capable of overcoming challenges and building a more rational model.
