المدرسة السلوكية في فهم العلاقات الدولية: قراءة سوسيوسياسية

الملخص
ملخص: يعتبر علم السياسة وفروعه من بين اكث التخصصات التي شهدت تحولات معرفية، حيث تعددت النماذج المعرفية السائدة في تفسير الظواهر السياسية، وتبني المجتمع الاكاديمي المعرفي للعلوم السياسة، عدة نماذج معرفية، وذلك بسب تعقد الظاهرة السياسة وتقاطعها مع العديد من التخصصات الاخرى، ولذلك وجد الباحثين في مجال العلوم السياسة انفسهم مضطرين الى الاستعانة بتخصصات اخرى، خاصة في مجال العلاقات الدولية، وهنا ظهرة المقاربة السلوكية، كمدخل تفسيري توليفي اعتمد على الانفتاح على الحقول المجاورة، واقتراض المفاهيم من عدة تخصصات، حيث عمل على احداث قطيعة بين العلوم السياسية والمدارس الكلاسيكية و المعيارية، وذلك عن طريق ادخال البحث الامبريقي كتغير اساسي في اي دراسة سياسية، اضافة الى الاعتماد على التكميم والاحصاء والتقنين، والاستعانة بعلم الاجتماع وعلم النفس ولأنثروبولوجيا، كمداخل اساسية في تفسير العلاقات الدولية، حيث لم يعد الاقتراب القانوني المؤسساتي هو المدخل الوحيد، ونادى ايضا بتعدد الفواعل والمتغيرات التي يجب مراعاتها في دراسة العلاقات الدولية، وهذا ما سنسعى الى ابرازه من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية، حيث سنحاول التطرق الى كيفية تفسير المدرسة السلوكية للعلاقات الدولية، وما هي اهم المتغيرات التي ادخلتها، اضافة الى اهم الانتقادات التي تعرضت لها مع بداية ظهور ما بعد السلوكية. Abstract : Political science and it's branches are among the most disciplines which have undirgone cognitive transformations where there are many cognitive models prevailing in the interpretation of political phenomena and and the adoption of a cognitive academic community of political science several cognitive models because of the complexity of the political phenomenon and its intersection with many other disciplines, therefore, researchers in political science have found themselves compelled to use other disciplines, especially in the field of international relations. Here, came the behavioral approach, as an interpretative entry, it relied on openness to adjacent fields, and borrowing concepts from several disciplines, where it worked to create a break between political science and classical and normative schools through the entering of empirical research as an fundamental change in any political study in addition to relying on quantification, statistics and legalization and the use of sociology, psychology and Anthropology as key entrances in the interpretation of international relations, where institutional legal approach is no longer the only approach, it also recommend for a multiplicity of factors and variables to be considered in the study of international relations. This is what we will seek to highlight through this paper, where we will try to address how the behavioral school explains the international relations? and what are the most important variables which have entered by this school? In addition to the most critical criticisms which it presents with the appearance of post-behavioral.
