الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تشخيص واقع عقود الامتياز في مجال الخدمات العمومية للموارد المائية في الجزائر من خلال جملة النصوص التشريعية و المراسيم التطبيقية، التي تمكن من تبني هذا النوع من العقود، وقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى كون عقود امتياز المرافق العمومية في مجال الخدمات العمومية للموارد المائية أحد أفضل أشكال تفويض المرافق العمومية في هذا القطاع وأنجعها؛ لكونها تمثل الصورة النموذجية للجمع بين مزايا القطاع العام والقطاع الخاص في التسيير، وذلك بما يتماشى مع التحولات الاقتصادية الراهنة. كلمات مفتاحية: عقد الامتياز.، المرفق العام.،الإدارة المانحة.،الملتزم.،المجالات. Abstract: This research paper aims to diagnose the reality of concession contracts in the field of public services for water resources in Algeria through a number of legislative texts and applied decrees, which enable the adoption of this type of contract, and this study concluded that public utility concession contracts in the field of public services for water resources are one of the best and most effective forms of delegation of public utilities in this sector, as they represent the model picture of combining the advantages of the public and private sector in management, in line with the with current economic transformations.
