أثر قياس رأس المال البشري في عملية اتخاذ القرار.

الملخص
الملخصُ باللُّغة العَربية: هَدفت هذه الدراسةُ إلى التَّحقُّق من وجود أو غياب أيِّ أثرٍ لقياس رأس المال الفكري في عملية اتخاذ القرار في شركة "سونلغاز" بسكرة، ومدى هذا التأثيرِ إن وُجد. تألَّف مجتمعُ الدراسة من جميع أصحاب القرار، بين إطاراتٍ مسيِّرة وتقنيين سامين، والبالغ عددهم 202 فردا. ونظرا لصعوبة الوصول إليهم جميعا، لجأنا إلى أسلوب العينة في جمعِ المعطيات، مُعتمدين في ذلك على الاستبيان كأداة أساسية، حيث قمنا بسحب عينة عشوائية بسيطة من 61 فردا، لتوزيع الاستبيان عليها، ومن ثَمَّ اختبار الفرضيات واستخراج النتائج النهائية منها، أين تبنَّى الباحثُ موقفا ابِسْتيمُولجيا "إيجابيا" أو "وضعيا"، مُتبعا منهجا استكشافيا في الجانب النظري للبحث، ومنهجا اختباريا في الشق الميداني، مستخدما في ذلك الطريقة الاستنتاجية. أهمُّ ما توصلت إليه هذه الدراسة أن قياس رأس المال البشري يؤثر تأثيرا متوسطا في عملية اتخاذ القرار في شركة "سونلغاز" بسكرة، وعلى هذا الأساس رفضنا الفرضية الرئيسة لهذا البحث. Abstract This study aimed to verify scientifically and systematically the existence or absence of any effect on the measurement of intellectual capital in the decision-making process of Sonelgaz Biskra, and the extent of this effect, if any. The population of the study consisted of 202 decision-makers from Sonelgaz Biskra, between high-ranking cadres and sublime technicians. A questionnaire was administered to a random sample consisting of 61 individuals to test the hypotheses and extract the results final ones. In this regard, the researcher adopted a "positive" epistemological position, following an exploratory approach to the theoretical aspect of the research, and an experimental approach in the field, using the deductive method. The results revealed that the measurement of human capital has a medium effect in the decision-making process in the company Sonelgaz Biskra; hence, we reject the main hypothesis of this research.
