أثرا السلوك القيادي الإبداعي الداعم لمتطلبات ادارة الجودة الشاملة ( دراسة حالة بنك البركة الجزائري)

الملخص
يعرف مفهوم إدارة الجودة الشاملة اقبالا متزايدا من قبل الباحثين والدارسين نظرا للنتائج التي حققتها هذه الفلسفة الإدارية المتميزة، وتسعى كثير من المؤسسات إلى تبنيها، لكن الواقع يقول أن هناك مؤسسات نجحت في تطبيقها واخرى فشلت، واختلفت التفسيرات والتحليلات كل ينظر الى المشكلة من زاويته، والمؤكد ان عنصر القيادة لا يختلف اثنان على اهميته، فنجاح اي فلسفة مرتبط بالقائد وسلوكياته. وفي عالم اليوم بات من الضروري ان يتجه القادة نحو الإبداع في عملهم، وتغيير في طريقة التسيير نحو مزيد من مشاركة العاملين والتمكين لهم، ولاشك ان الاستناد الى الفكر الإداري الاسلامي يزيد من فاعلية التغيير والتمكين. لهذا جاءت هذه الدراسة لتوضيح أثر العلاقة بين سلوك القيادة الإبداعي ومتطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة. أظهرت الدراسة ان هناك مستوى إدراك مرتفع لأبعاد القيادة ذات السلوك الإبداعي؛ أثر مرتفع لبعد التغيير، وأثر متوسط لبعد الفكر الإداري الإسلامي ، وأثر منخفض لبعد التمكين على متطلبات تطبيق إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود دلالة إحصائية لبعد التمكين والفكر الإداري الإسلامي على متطلبات إدارة الجودة الشاملة The interest of The concept of total quality management is increased by researchers and scholars because of the results achieved by this excellence administrative philosophy. Many Organizations Applied this philosophy and adopted it, but in the reality there are some organizations which succeeded and the others failed. Different analyzes have seen the problem from Their own perception. The Function of leadership is certainly indisputably important , success of any philosophy related to the leader and his behaviors .In today's world, it is essential that the leaders heading towards creativity in their work, changing the way of management towards more participation of workers and empower them, and the use of Islamic management thoughts to increase the effectiveness of change and empowerment. The aim of this study is to clarify the effect of the relationship creative behaviors and requirements of the implementation of total quality management and obstacles . The study showed that there is a high level of awareness of the leadership’s creative behaviors . The study showed also the high effect of the change dimension, and medium impact of Islamic thought management dimension, and low impact of the empowerment dimension with requirements of the application of total quality management. The results showed a statistically not significant of empowerment dimension, and Islamic Thought administrative dimension with requirements of Total Quality Management. The study has findings and recommendations that could contribute to the application of the overall dimensions of the study.
