الملخص
ملخص: يشهد الاقتصاد الرقمي تطور مستمر بفضل ما يحصل في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات من ابتكارات متسارعة، وأصبحت الرقمنة تميّز اقتصاديات الدول المتقدمة لما تمنحه من تسهيلات في مختلف القطاعات الاقتصادية والخدمية. ومع ظهور العولمة اصبحت رقمنه الاقتصاد تمثل تحدّي امام الدول النامية، مما فرض عليها ضرورة الاستثمار فيه من خلال توفير البنية التحتية التي تسمح بمواكبة التقدم الحاصل في هذا المجال. الجزائر من بين هذه الدول التي تسعى إلى تدارك التأخر ولقد كانت ازمة كورونا 19 حافزا وتأكيدا على الزامية الاقتصاد الرقمي حيث اتجهت الجزائر إلى انقاذ واستمرارية عمل العديد من المؤسسات Abstract: The digital economy knows continuous development due to the rapid innovations taking place in the field of information technology , and digitization has distinguished the economies of developed countries due to the facilities it provides in various economic and service sectors, and with the advent of globalization, digitizing the economy has become a challenge for developing countries. Which imposed on it the necessity to invest in it by providing the infrastructure that allows it to keep pace with progress in this field. Algeria is among these countries seeking to remedy the delay, and the Corona 19 crisis was a catalyst and an emphasis on the imperative of the digital economy, as Algeria tended to save and continue the work of many institutions.
