التعليم الرقمي في الجامعة الجزائرية كإستراتيجية لتمكين الثقافة الرقمية لدى الطلبة كأحد متطلبات تحقيق المواطنة الرقمية

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث الى تسليط الضوء على التعليم الرقمي في الجامعة الجزائرية وإمكانية تحقيق الثقافة الرقمية في اطار تنمية قيم المواطنة الرقمية لدى شريحة الطلبة الجامعيين، وذلك من خلال دراسة عينة من مختلف آراء طلبة الجامعات الوطنية. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة قام الباحث بتصميم استمارة استبانة الكترونية وتم استخدامها مع مجموعة من الطلبة عبر الانترنت، حيث تحصلنا على استجابة 83 استمارة الكترونية من عينة الطلبة التي شملتها الدراسة الميدانية، ثم تم تحليل نتائجها من خلال برنامج حزمة التحليل الإحصائي (SPSS-V20). وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة أن هناك إمكانية للتوجه نحو التعليم الرقمي في الجامعة الجزائرية لدى الطلبة، رغم ان الدراسة بينت ان مستوى ثقافتهم متوسط من ناحية المعارف والمهارات الرقمية لكنها عالية من ناحية الاتجاهات الرقمية، كما بينت الدراسة ان هناك دور للتعليم الرقمي في الجامعة الجزائرية لتمكين الثقافة الرقمية كأحد متطلبات المواطنة الرقمية. This research aims to highlight digital education at the Algerian University and the possibility of achieving digital culture in the context of the development of digital citizenship values among university students, by studying a sample of the various opinions of national university students. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher designed an electronic questionnaire form and was used with a group of students online, where we received the response of 83 electronic forms from the student sample covered by the field study, and then analyzed its results through the Statistical Analysis Package Program (SPSS-V20). Through this study, we found that there is a possibility of moving towards digital education at the Algerian University among students, although the study showed that the level of their culture is average in terms of digital knowledge and skills but high in terms of digital trends, and the study showed that there is a role for digital education at the Algerian University to enable digital culture as a requirement of digital citizenship.
