الملخص

يعد الاستثمار الوقفي أحد أهم الأساليب التي تحتاج إلى اهتمام واسع من قبل حكومات الدول الإسلامية كونه يقدم حلول عاجلة وملائمة للمشاكل التي تعيق سير تحقيق التنمية بشكل عام. ومن خلال هذه الدراسة سنحاول التعرف على مفهوم الوقف وأنواعه، ومن ثم التطرق إلى مفهوم استثمار الوقف الإسلامي وأهم صيغه المستحدثة وأهم ضوابطه الشرعية والاقتصادية. بالإضافة إلى التعرف على دور هذا النوع من الاستثمار الوقفي في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية في المجتمعات الإسلامية. وقد توصلت هذه الدراسة إلى أن استثمار الوقف الإسلامي يساهم بشكل كبير في التخفيف عن كاهل الموازنة العامة للدولة وفي زيادة الادخار وتمويل المشروعات الصغيرة وزيادة فتح مناصب للعمل مما ينعكس إجمالا على تحسين مستويات التنمية البشرية والاقتصادية للدول الإسلامية. Abstract: Waqf investment is one of the most important methods that need wide attention by the governments of Islamic countries, as it provides urgent and appropriate solutions to the problems that hinder the progress of development in general. Through this study, we will try to get acquainted with the concept of Waqf and its types, then get to know the concept of investing the Islamic Waqf and its most important formulas developed and the most important legal and economic controls. In addition to learning about the role of this type of Waqf investment in achieving economic and social development in Islamic societies. This study found that investing in the Islamic Waqf contributes significantly to alleviating the state’s general budget, increasing savings, financing small projects, and increasing job opportunities, which is reflected in the overall improvement of human and economic development levels in Islamiccountries.
