التنبؤ بأداء الأفراد: اختبار نظرية بورتر ولاولر (1968) باستخدام الانحدار اللوجستي -دراسة ميدانية بمديرية التجارة لولاية معسكر-

الملخص
سعت هذه الدراسة إلى اختبار القوة التفسيرية لنظرية بورتر ولاولر (1968)، قصد توضيح علاقة أبعاد النموذج في التنبؤ بأداء الأفراد من ناحية الفعالية لدى عينة قدرت ب(107) فرد من عمال مديرية التجارة لولاية معسكر، حيث تم اختبار النموذج وفق تقنية الانحدار اللوجستي، بعد أن قمنا بإعداد استبانة من تحوي المتغيرات المستقلة (إدراك الجهد المبذول، تصور العوائد، إدراك الدور الوظيفي) والمتغير التابع الممثل في الأداء الفردي، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي أسفرت النتائج عن أهمية أبعاد النموذج وضرورة تواجدها لدى الفرد ليمتلك خصائص الفعالية في أدائه، كذلك تم إثبات إمكانية النموذج النظري في التنبؤ بأداء عينة الدراسة مستقبلا. This study sought to test the interpretive strength of the Porter and Lawler model (1968), in order to clarify the relationship to the dimensions of the model in predicting the effectiveness of individuals in terms of effectiveness in a sample estimated at (107) workers of the Trade Directorate of the State of Mascara, where the model was tested according to logistics regression technique, after we prepared a questionnaire containing independent variables (understanding the effort exerted, visualizing returns, recognizing the functional role) and the variable represented in individual performance, using the descriptive and analytical approach resulted in the importance of results The dimensions of the model and the need for it to be present in the individual to have the characteristics of effectiveness in its performance, as well as the possibility of the theoretical model in predicting the performance of the study sample in the future
