ضغوط العمل لدى أساتذة التعليم المتوسط في ظل جائحة كورونا

الملخص
الملخص: تكمن أهمية بحثنا في أنه يعالج أحد أهم عناصر المؤسسات التربوية ألا وهو الأستاذ حيث تحاول إبراز سبل التعامل مع مصادر ضغوط العمل للمحافظة على الصحة النفسية للأستاذ، وهذا ما يعطي للطاقم التربوي في المؤسسة فرصة اكتشاف العلاقة بين ضغوط العمل و الأستاذ انطلاقا مما سنقدمه من إقتراحات، تستند في أساسها على نظريات خبراء ومتخصصين وما سنصل إليه من نتائج الدراسات الميدانية.إن النتيجة السلبية للضغوط العمل تعد من أهم الموضوعات التي مازالت تلقى اهتماما وجدلا بحثيا واسعا لدى الباحثين لما لها من آثار ضارة على الفرد والمجتمع بصفة عامة ؛ ومن الممكن أن يؤدي استمرار الضغوط العمل وفي حالة التكيف السلبي، إلى استجابة انفعالية حادة ومستمرة، ومضاعفات صحية، جسمية، نفسية، وسلوكية تجعل الاستاذ ينحرف عن الأداء المعتاد في عمله؛ مع العلم أن تأثير هذه الضغوط يتوقف على طبيعة الشخصية، وما تتصف به من قدرة على تحمل الإحباط، أو المرونة، أو مستوى التفاؤل. Abstract : The importance of our research lies in that it deals with one of the most important elements of educational institutions, which is the professor, as it tries to highlight ways to deal with the sources of work stress in order to maintain the psychological health of the professor. It is based on the theories of experts and specialists and what we will reach from the results of field studies. The negative result of work stress is one of the most important topics that still receive extensive research interest and controversy among researchers because of its harmful effects on the individual and society in general; It is possible that the continuation of work pressures and in the case of negative adaptation, to an acute and continuous emotional response, and health, physical, psychological, and behavioral complications that cause the teacher to deviate from the usual performance in his work; Knowing that the impact of these pressures depends on the nature of the personality, and its ability to withstand frustration, flexibility, or level of optimism.
