الضوابط الأخلاقية في الإعلام الرياضي التلفزيوني دراسة تحليلية لبرنامج بالمكشوف على قناة الهداف

الملخص
الملخص: تتناول الدراسة أخلاقيات المهنة في الإعلام التلفزيوني المتخصص في الشأن الرياضي، كما تسلط الضوء على أهم المحددات المهنية للمبادئ الأخلاقية الواجب توفرها لدى القائم الاتصال، من خلال التطرق إلى نموذج من واقع الممارسة الإعلامية لقناة الهداف الجزائرية، وقد تم الاعتماد منهجيا على تقنية تحليل المضمون، وأداة استمارة التحليل التي تساعد على كشف طبيعة محتوى برنامج "بالمكشوف" الذي تم اختياره قصديا لتمتعه بجمهور رياضي عريض، كعينة للدراسة، والذي يبث على قناة الهداف، و محاولة القراءة المعمقة لأهم المعايير الضابطة للممارسة المهنية في إطار مفهوم الأخلاق التي نصت عليها المواثيق والقوانين الدولية وتوصلت الدراسة إلى اعتبار الضوابط الأخلاقية مكسبا محققا في برنامج حصة بالمكشوف ومن خلاله يستطيع الجمهور أن يتلقى مضمونا متخصصا في الشأن الرياضي مؤطر بمحددات أخلاقية اتصالية. Abstract: The study deals with professional ethics in television specialized in sports, and highlights the most important professional determinants of the moral principles which must be available to the communicator, by addressing a model from the reality of media practicing in the Algerian channel “AL HADAF”, in this research we relied on content analysis method, and the the analysis form tool that helps to reveal the nature of the content of the program "BELMAKSHOF" which was deliberately chosen because it has a wide audience , as a sample of the study, which is currently broadcasted on the channel “ ALHADAF” , and we attempt to read in-depth the most important criteria that set the professional practice Within the concept of ethics and morality stipulated by International charters and laws , the study concluded that ethical controls are considered a gain in the specialized sports program “BELMAKSHOF” through which the public can receive specialized content in sports affairs framed by communication ethical determinants.
