الملخص
ملخص هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة التزام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية في محافظات غزة بالقيم التربوية وعلاقتها بالضبط الصفي السائد لديهم، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتمت عملية المسح لمجتمع الدراسة مسحاً شاملاً بلغ (149) مديراً ومديرة من مديري المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظات غزة، واستخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة وتضمنت الأبعاد التالية: ( قيم النزاهة والشفافية، قيم العدالة والتسامح، قيم اتقان العمل ، مشكلات الضبط الصفي). وأهم النتائج التي توصلت لها الدراسة بأن الدرجة الكلية لتقدير عينة الدراسة "المديرين" لدرجة التزام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بمحافظات غزة بالقيم التربوية والضبط الصفي كانت بدرجة مرتفعة، ووجود علاقة ارتباطية طردية موجبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط تقديرات مديري المدارس لدرجة التزام معلمي المرحلة الثانوية بالقيم التربوية ودرجة الضبط الصفي السائد لديهم. كلمات مفتاحية: )القيم التربوية، الضبط الصفي، المرحلة الثانوية، محافظات غزة( . Abstract The study aimed to identify to which extent secondary school teachers in the governorates of Gaza commit to educational values and its relationship to classroom control they have. The researcher followed the descriptive approach in which he surveyed the study population in a comprehensive survey. The total study population has reached (149) male and female secondary school principals and managers in Gaza governorates. The researcher used the questionnaire as a tool for the study that involved the following dimensions: (integrity, transparency, justice and tolerance, work proficiency, Human and social responsibility and class control problems). The most important results of the study is that The total score for the “principals” study sample’s appreciation for the degree of commitment of secondary school teachers in Gaza governorates to educational values was high. Additionally, there is a positive direct correlation between the average estimates of school principals to the degree of commitment of secondary school teachers in Gaza governorates to educational values and the average of their estimates of the degree of classroom control.
