الملخص
ملخص: مما لا يخفى على مسلم صلاحية الشريعة الإسلامية لكل زمان ومكان، وذلك لما اشتملت عليه من أصول تصلح لاستنباط الكثير من الفروع الفقهية، ومنها: الاستصحاب، وقد انبنى عليه العديد من القواعد الفقهية، كان لها الأثر البارز في الفقه الإسلامي، وهو ما سنبرزه في هذا المقال، ببيان مفهومه، وحجيته، وأهم القواعد المنبنية عليه، وكيف ساهمت في استنباط العديد من الفروع الفقهية.
