ملخص: في سياق الاهتمام المتزايد بحقوق الإنسان تبرز المساواة كأحد أهم الحقوق التي تنادي بها الأمم المتحدة وتلزم الدول بتكريسها في دساتيرها، وتستغل هذه الدعوة المفهوم الغربي للديمقراطية الذي يقوم على الحرية الفردية والليبيرالية المطلقة فتدعو إلى المساواة المطلقة كقيمة عليا لها أثرها في حماية الإنسان من استغلال أخيه الإنسان؛ وهذا المفهوم متفق عليه وهو ميزة الإسلام وجوهر دعوته غير أنّ تطبيقه بهذا الإطلاق يقضي على اختلاف التنوع الذي يكون في الناس فطرة له أثره في التنافس والإبداع والاجتماع الحسن المبني على التعاون والتراحم لا التجاذب في الحقوق والواجبات، وهذا أهم ما نلحظه في مفهوم المساواة في الإسلام. Abstract: In the context of concern for human rights, equality is one of the most important rights advocated by the United Nations, this call exploits the Western concept of democracy which is based on on individual freedom and absolute liberalism, and calls for absolute equality as a supreme value that has an impact on protecting a person from the exploitation of his fellow human being, This concept is agreed upon, and it is the merit of Islam and the first thing it advocated However, applying it with this launch eliminates the difference in diversity, and guarantees a good meeting based on cooperation, compassion and tolerance, not a conflict of rights and duties.
