Abstract
Abstract: This research aims to show the general situation of the Algerian economy before and after the outbreak of the Corona virus, taking into account all macroeconomic indicators and how affected by the current situation, with reference to the most important elements that underpin the Algerian economy, especially the hydrocarbon sector, where statistics indicate that That this sector is affected would lead to a catastrophic situation for the country as it represents more than eighty percent of the total incomes and with the fuel markets affected in light of the current crisis related to the Corona virus, it was necessary for us to conclude in our study of these measures taken by the state and work on Sensitizing the value of economic diversification while pushing other sectors to prevent a economic crisis and a deficit in the general budget of the country. Therefore, this crisis is the true launch of the Algerian economy based on diversity and flexibility. ملخص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار الوضع العام للاقتصاد الجزائري قبل وبعد تفشي فيروس كورونا، مع الأخذ بعين الاعتبار جميع المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية وما مدى تأثرها بالوضع الراهن، مع الإشارة إلى أهم المقومات التي يرتكز عليها الاقتصاد الجزائري وبالأخص قطاع المحروقات، حيث تشير الإحصائيات إلى أن تأثر هذا القطاع من شأنه أن يؤدي إلى وضعية كارثية للبلاد باعتباره يمثل أكثر من ثمانون بالمائة من مداخيل الإجمالية ومع تأثر أسواق المحروقات في ظل الأزمة الراهنة المتعلقة بفيروس كورونا كان لزاما علينا أن نخلص في دراستنا هاته إلى الإجراءات المتخذة من قبل الدولة والعمل على التحسيس بقيمة التنوع الاقتصادي مع الدفع بالقطاعات الأخرى للحيلولة دون الوقوع في أزمة اقتصادية وعجز في الموازنة العامة وبالتالي تعتبر هاته الأزمة هي الانطلاقة الحقيقية لاقتصاد الجزائري أساسه التنوع و المرونة
