المحميات الطبيعية تكريس لمبدأ التراث المشترك للإنسانية

الملخص
يبرز الخطاب البيئي الجديد الذي يقوم على الارتباط الوثيق بين الإنسان وبيئته الطبيعية وحاجة المجتمعات البشرية في العيش بانسجام مع العناصر الطبيعة، ويعبر عن رؤية تضامنية وجدت بين الإنسان والطبيعة ، والتي تسارعت بفعل الوعي الجماعي والحاجة الملحة لوقف تدهور البيئة لمصلحة البشرية جمعاء، إذ برز مفهوم التراث المشترك كأساس لتحقيق ذلك ، سمحت هذه الرؤية الجديدة الى صياغة قواعد قانونية وضعية تنظم المحمية الطبيعية، مثمنة فكرة التراث المشترك للإنسانية المجسد أساسا في التضامن الكوني والتكامل فيما بين الشعوب، وليس الى مجرد التجاور أو حتى التعاون فيما بين الدول، وهو ما يميز فكرة الإنسانية عن فكرة المجتمع الدولي، والخلاف فيما بينهما ليس في الطبيعة بقدر ما هو خلاف في درجة التضامن والتكامل. It highlights the new environmental discourse that is based on the close connection between man and his natural environment and the need of human societies to live in harmony with the elements of nature, and expresses a vision of solidarity found between man and nature, which was accelerated by collective awareness and the urgent need to stop the deterioration of the environment for the benefit of all humanity, as the concept of heritage emerged As a basis for achieving this, this new vision allowed for the formulation of statutory legal rules governing the nature reserve, valuing the idea of the common heritage of humanity embodied mainly in cosmic solidarity and complementarity among peoples, and not to mere contiguity or even cooperation among states, which distinguishes the idea of humanity from The idea of the international community, and the disagreement between them is not in nature as much as it is in the degree of solidarity and complementarity.
