مدى تأثير فيروس كورونا(كوفيد-19) على تنفيذ العقد التجاري الدولي

الملخص
شهدت نهاية سنة 2019 ظهور فيروس يصيب الجهاز التنفسي للإنسان اطلق عليه العلماء فيروس كورونا (كوفيد-19) و بدأ اول ظهور له في مدينة ووهان الصينية يتميز بسرعة الانتقال و العدوى بين البشر مخلفا بذلك ارتفاعا في عدد الوفيات في ظرف قياسي لم يشهده العالم من قبل، صاحب ذلك إعلان منظمة الصحة العالمية في 11 مارس 2020 أن مرض (كوفيد-19) الناتج عن فيروس كورونا المستجد يعتبر جائحو عالمية ، المر الذي اضطر كل دول العالم إلى اتخاذ إجراءات احترازية و تحفظية لمجابهة هذا الوباء و التقليل من انتشاره بإعلان حالة الطوارئ و تطبيق إجراءات الحجر الكلي و غلق الحدود البرية و الجوية و البحرية مع حظر تنقل الأشخاص و البضائع المر الذي خلف أثار اقتصادية و اجتماعية و صحية لكل دول العالم . The end of the year 2019 witnessed the emergence of a virus that affects the human respiratory system, which scientists called Corona virus (Covid-19), and its first appearance in the Chinese city of Wuhan is characterized by the speed of transmission and infection among humans, fearing an increase in the number of deaths in a record circumstance that the world has not seen before. On March 11, 2020, the World Health Organization announced that the disease (Covid-19) resulting from the emerging corona virus is considered a global pandemic, which has forced all countries of the world to take precautionary and precautionary measures to confront this epidemic and reduce its spread due to the state of emergency. And the application of total quarantine measures and the closure of the land, air and sea borders with the prohibition of the movement of people and bitter goods that left economic, social and health implications for all countries of the world.
