" التفكير التصميمي " منهج لإدارة التحولات في المكتبات ومؤسسات المعلومات: دراسة استقصائية اثنوغرافية بشبكة المطالعة العمومية في الغرب الجزائري

الملخص
تعيش المكتبات ومؤسسات المعلومات في العالم العربي مفارقات ترتبط من جهة بالسعي إلى مواكبة التحولات الجديدة التي تفرضها البيئة الاجتماعية، والحضرية، والتكنولوجية، ومن جهة أخرى تعلق هذه المكتبات بالمفاهيم التقليدية والمقاربات التسييرية الكلاسيكية، والافتقار إلى الإمكانيات والموارد اللازمة، وهو ما يضع المكتبيين داخل هذه الفضاءات في الغالب أمام حتمية تبني وتقليد التجارب الرائدة في الدول التي تعرف مكتبات قوية، والتي تعمل في ظروف وشروط ملائمة، أو الهروب وتجنب الخوض في هذه التحولات، وعليه نحاول من خلال هذه الورقة تقديم أحد المقاربات التي تسمح للمكتبيين في الوطن العربي للتعامل مع هذه الظروف والتغلب على المشكلات والتحديات التي تجهدهم، وعدم الاكتفاء بتقليد ومحاكاة تجارب الدول الأخرى، وذلك من خلال اعتماد منهج " التفكير التصميمي " أو " التفكير الذي يركز على الإنسان "، حيث جاءت هذه الدراسة الاستقصائية الاثنوغرافية بشبكة مكتبات المطالعة العمومية بالغرب الجزائري، لتبرز تمثلاث المكتبيين حول التغيرات والتحولات التي تمس هذه المؤسسات، ومدى اطلاعهم ودرايتهم بمنهج التفكير التصميمي ومجالات استخدامه، والنشاطات التي تندرج تحته. Libraries and information institutions in the Arab world live on paradoxes related, on one hand the ability to give responses to the transformations imposed by the social, urban and technological environment, and on the other hand, these libraries are attached to traditional concepts and classical management approaches, and the lack of necessary means and resources, which often puts the librarians within these spaces in front of the imperative of adopting and imitating the pioneering experiments of libraries in developed countries, which work under the right circumstances and conditions, or escape and avoid going into these transformations. In this paper we will discuss some approaches that allow librarians in the Arab world to deal with these circumstances and overcome the problems and challenges that are stressed, and not to imitate and simulate the experiences of other countries, by focusing on the approach of «design thinking " or " human centered thinking ", where this study came the ethnographic survey of public reading libraries network in the West of Algeria, to highlight the representations of librarians about the changes and transformations affecting these institutions, their awareness and knowledge of the design thinking approach and its areas of use, and the activities that fall under it.
