Résumé

Résumé Notre recherche relève du champ scientifique de la sociolinguistique. Elle s’inscrit dans une démarche visant à cerner la notion d’insécurité linguistique dans le contexte de communication électronique. A partir d’une enquête par questionnaire proposé à différents groupes algériens francophones sur le réseau social Facebook, elle tente, selon une analyse mixte (quantitative et qualitative) des réponses collectées, de saisir les manifestations du phénomène en mettant en exergue ses indices et d’identifier les aspects qui le déterminent. L’objectif de cette entreprise est d’apporter peu ou proue des explications, parmi d'autres, aux difficultés de la communication rencontrées par les algériens lorsqu’ils utilisent le français écrit sur les plateformes de réseaux sociaux. Abstract Our research belongs to the sociolinguistic field, its aim is to study the notion of linguistic insecurity in the context of electronic communication. Through the analysis of a survey that was posted on some French speaking groups, it tries, according to a mixed analysis (quantitative and qualitative) of the responses collected, to identify the manifestations of the phenomenon by highlighting its signs, and to identify the causes that control it. The objective of this work is to provide some explanations, among others, to the communication difficulties faced by Algerians when using written French on social media platforms. ملخص ينتمي بحثنا إلى مجال علم اللغة الاجتماعي. هو جزء من نهج هدفه دراسة فكرة انعدام الأمن اللغوي في سياق التواصل الإلكتروني. بناء علي استبيان تم نشره على بعض المجموعات الناطقة بالفرنسية على شبكة التواصل الاجتماعي يحاول وفقا لتحليل مختلط( كمي/ نوعي) للإجابات التي تم جمعها, التعرف على مظاهر الظاهرة عن طريق إبراز علاماتها وتحديد الأسباب التي تتحكم بها. الهدف من هذا العمل هو تقديم بعض التفسيرات، من بين عدة أخرى، لصعوبات الاتصال التي يواجهها الجزائريون عند استخدام اللغة الفرنسية المكتوبة على منصات التواصل الاجتماعي.
