الملخص

تعتبر الإدارة العنصر الأساسي في نجاح أو فشل أي مؤسسة خاصة كنت أم عامة، ولما كان الأمر كذلك استوجب على أصحاب المؤسسات ادخال التطويرات عليها بصفة دائمة ومستمرة من أجل ضمان البقاء وتحقيق التميز، وعلى رأسها ادخال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتي شكلت ما يعرف بالإدارة الإلكترونية. ولهذا فان هاته الدراسة تهدف إلى إبراز ضرورة تبني المؤسسات فكرة الإدارة الإلكترونية وتطبيقها بشكل فعلي على أرض الواقع، لأن ذلك يعتبر حتمية لا مناص منها في خضم التحولات الحاصلة في الوقت الراهن على مختلف الأصعدة. فالإدارة الإلكترونية تضمن الاستمرار لها –المؤسسات- وتمكن من تحقيق رضا المستفيد منها. Management is the key element in the success or failure of any private or public institution. Nevertheless, the owners of the institutions have to introduce changes on a permanent and continuous basis in order to ensure survival and excellence, especially the introduction of information technology known as electronic management. Therefore, this study aims at highlighting the need for institutions to adopt the idea of electronic management and apply it effectively on the ground, for it is inevitable in the midst of the changes taking place at the present time at various levels. E-management ensures that organizations - and institutions - are able to achieve the satisfaction of the beneficiary. Institutions; information technology; electronic management
