الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الميدانية.إلى الكشف عن نوعية الحلم المرتبط بالتنظيم العقلي لدى الرجال المصابين بداء السكري والخاضعين للأنسولين. مستندين على النظرية السيكوسوماتية، (Pierre Marty)والاقتصاد السيكوسوماتي للفرد في إحداث الإصابة ومضاعفتها .ومن أجل الوصول إلى أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على دراسة الحالة في إطار المنهج العيادي وتم اختيار المقابلة العيادية،اختبارين اسقاطيين الرورشاخ اختبار تفهم الموضوع (TAT)كتقنيات للدراسة. وأسفرت النتائج ما يلي: انه من خلال تطبيق التقنيات الثلاث لدى مجموعة بحثنا تبين أنه غياب الحياة الحلمية يدل على عملية تعطيل لوظيفة الخيال وبالتالي نوعية التنظيم العقلي لحالات الدراسة من النوع السيئ قد ظهرت من خلال الإنتاج الاسقاطي الضعيف وسيطرة آليات الكف هشاشة مكانز مات الدفاع الغير فعالة. - الكلمات المفتاحية:. الأحلام;التنظيم العقلي ؛ الاقتصاد السيكوسوماتي؛داء السكري الخاضع للأنسولين . .Abstract: This empirical study aims at. exploring the quality of Dreams and the mental organization by male diabetes patients Under insuline .throughout the psychosomatic theory of Pierre Marty, and the psychosomatic economy of the individual in occuring the leisure and its effects. To achieve the study's goals, the case study, method has been adopted within the clinical method framewok as well as selecting the clinical interview, two projective tests ; Both the Rorschach and the (TAT) as techniques of the study. The study findings showed when applying the three techniques on the sample group of our study that t is through the application of the three techniques of our research group that the absence of a dreamy life indicates a process of disrupting the function of imagination and thus the quality of mental organization of cases of study of a bad type has emerged through weak projection production and the control of palm mechanisms the fragility of the positions of defense ineffective Keywords: Dreams; Mental organization; Diabetes patients under insuline; psychosomatic economy.
