الملخص
- الملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على الاحتياجات التدريبية لمستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني في ضوء معايير الجودة الشاملة. والفروق في تلك الاحتياجات التدريبية في ضوء التخصص والخبرة. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وبالاستعانة باستبيان الاحتياجات التدريبية تم تصميمه والتأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية. وقد طبق على عينة مكونة من 36 مستشارا للتوجيه، وتم الاعتماد على برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية الاجتماعية لتحليل البيانات spss. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها الدراسة، أن لمستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني احتياجات تدريبية مرتفعة في مجالي جودة التكفل والمتابعة وجودة التقويم والدراسات، ومتوسطة في مجالي جودة الإعلام المدرسي وجودة التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي والمهني، وأنه توجد فروق في نوع الاحتياجات التدريبية لمستشار التوجيه تعزى لأثر نوع التخصص والخبرة, وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الباحثتان بضرورة الاهتمام بالاحتياجات التدريبية للمستشار من خلال تنظيم برامج وورشات تدريبية تصمم في ضوء الاحتياجات التدريبية، ويتم تنفيذها في الدورات والأيام التكوينية التي تنظم من طرف مراكز التوجيه. Abstract: This study aims to identify the training needs of school and vocational guidance and counseling counselors in light of comprehensive quality standards, and training needs differences concerning specialty and experience. To achieve the aim of the study, the descriptive approach was used in addition to a training needs' questionnaire, its psychometric characteristics was designed and confirmed. It was applied to a sample of 36 counselors. We relied on the social statistical package program to analyze the spss data. The study’s most important results are that School and vocational guidance counselors have high training needs in the quality of sponsorship, following-up, evaluation and studies, and they have average needs in the quality of school media quality, school and vocational guidance and counseling. Moreover differences in the type of training needs for guidance counselor, due to the effect of the type of specialty, and experience. Consequently, the two researchers recommended that it should give attention to counselors and their training needs, through organizing training courses and workshops. Carried out in courses and training days organized by the guidance centers.
