الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور الإلتزام بأخلاقيات الأعمال في تحقيق الريادة بمركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعي بسكيكدة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم استخدام الإستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات الأولية من خلال عينة الدراسة والتي شملت (80) مبحوث تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية أسترجع منها (69) إستبيان صالح للدراسة. خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها وجود مستوى مرتفع لدرجة الإلتزام بأخلاقيات الأعمال وكذا الإهتمام بتحقيق الريادة في المؤسسة محل الدراسة، كما أظهرت الدراسة وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية بين الإلتزام بأبعاد أخلاقيات الأعمال وتحقيق الريادة بمركب تمييع الغاز الطبيعي بسكيكدة. This study aimed to identify the role of commitment to business ethics in achieving leadership in the natural gas liquefaction complex in Skikda, and to achieve the objectives of the study was based on the analytical descriptive approach, and the questionnaire was used as a key tool for collecting preliminary data through the sample of the study, which included (80) researches selected randomly recovered from it (69) a valid questionnaire for the study. The study concluded a range of results, the most important of which is the presence of a high level of commitment to business ethics as well as interest in achieving leadership in the institution in question, The study also showed a statistically significant impact between adhering to the dimensions of business ethics and achieving leadership in the natural gas liquefaction complex in Skikda.
