Abstract: The research paper sheds light on the analysis of the French legislative texts related to the organization of evidence in writing in the electronic form, as well as the texts that protect the writing from the risks they fall into in dealing with them. The research takes the fraud model so as to protect its confidence الملخص: تسلط الورقة البحثية الضوء على تحليل نصوص التشريع الفرنسي المتعلقة بتنظيم الإثبات بالكتابة في الشكل الإلكتروني وكذا النصوص التي تحميها من المخاطر التي تقع عليها إزاء التعامل بها ويتخذ البحث مخاطر التزوير أنموذجا، كل ذلك لأجل حماية الثقة فيها.
