الملخص
الملخص: تعتبر السلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات في الجزائر تجربة جديدة في مجال الممارسة الديمقراطية، فقد أنشئت هذه السلطة بموجب القانون العضوي 19-07 الصادر بتاريخ: 14 سبتمبر 2019، ليتم النص عليها بموجب التعديل الدستوري للفاتح من نوفمبر 2020، ثم يتم تنظيمها وتحديد سير عملها وصلاحياتها بموجب الأمر رقم 21-01 الصادر في 10 مارس 2021 المتضمن القانون العضوي المتعلق بنظام الانتخابات. وقد أسندت للسلطة الوطنية المستقلة للانتخابات مهمة تحضير وتنظيم وتسيير الانتخابات الرئاسية والتشريعية والمحلية وعمليات الاستفتاء وعمليات الإشراف والمراقبة على هذه العمليات الانتخابية من بدايتها إلى غاية إعلان النتائج المؤقتة للاقتراع. Abstract: The Independent National Elections Authority in Algeria is considered a new experiment in the field of democratic practice, as this authority was established according to the Organic Law 19-07 issued on: 14 September 2019, to be stipulated in accordance with the constitutional amendment of November 2020, then it is organized and defines its functioning and powers according to Ordinance No. 21-01 of March 10, 2021 containing the organic law related to the electoral system. The Independent National Elections Authority was assigned the task of preparing, organizing and running the presidential, legislative and local elections, the referendum operations, and the supervision and monitoring processes for these electoral processes from its inception until the announcement of the interim results of the polls.
