الثقافة البيئية آلية لتجسيد التنمية المستدامة في المجتمع

الملخص
الثّقافة البيئية مفهوم يعبّر عن اكتساب الفرد للمكوّنات المعرفية والانفعالية والسّلوكية من خلال تفاعله المستمر مع بيئته، والتي تسهم في تشكيل سلوك جيّد يجعل الفرد قادرا على التّفاعل بصورة سليمة مع بيئته، ويكون قادرا على نقل هذا السّلوك للآخرين من حوله من أجل مواجهة التّحديات البيئية، والوقاية الاحتياطية من المشاكل البيئية المستقبليّة. حيث تهدف إلى تطوير الوعي البيئي وخلق المعرفة البيئية الأساسية من خلال نشر قيم التّربية البيئية وإدراجها ضمن المناهج التّعليمية، وإشراك المواطن في صنع القرار عن طريق الجمعيات ووسائل الإعلام البيئية، بالإضافة إلى سنّ قوانين ردعية يتمّ من خلالها تحديد سلوك الأفراد تجاه البيئة، فالثّقافة البيئية أساس للتّنمية المستدامة في المجتمع المعاصر، باعتبار أن حماية البيئة والعناية بها بعد من أبعاد التّنمية، التي تضمن الحق في بيئة سليمة لصالح الأجيال الحاضرة والمستقبلية، ومهمّة وثيقة الارتباط بوعي الإنسان وثقافته البيئية. Abstract: Environmental culture is a concept that expresses the individual’s acquisition of cognitive, emotional and behavioral components through his constant interaction with his environment, Wich contributes to the formation of good behavior that makes the individual able to interact properly with his environmental, the individual will also be able to transmit this behavior to others around him in order to meet environmental challenges and to prevent the future environmental problems. Environmental culture aims to develop environmental awareness and create basic environmental knowledge by spreading the values of environmental education and including it in the educational curriculum, in addition to involving citizens in the decisions-making through environmental associations and media, as well as enacting deterrent laws that determine individuals' behavior toward the environment, therefore, Environmental culture is the basis for sustainable development in contemporary society, as the protection and care of the environment is a dimension of development, which guarantees the right to healthy environment for present and future generations, it is also a task that is closely linked to human consciousness and his environmental culture.
