الضَّوَابِطُ اللِّسَانِيَّةُ فِي فَهْمِ دَلَالَةِ الأَلْفَاظِ عَلَى مَعَانِيْهَا عِنْدَ الأصُولِيِّينَ

الملخص
يهدف هذا المقالُ إلى بيانِ أهم الضَّوابط اللِّسانيَّة الَّتي اعتمدها الأصوليّونَ في تعيين دلالة الخطاب الشَّرعي، وتحديد طرائق استثمارها في فهم معاني الألفاظ ودلالتها على الأحكام المتعلّقة بأفعال المكلّفين، مع توضيح المسالك الموصلة إليها، وقد تَمَّ هذا التَّأسيس في نطاق المكوّنات النَّصيَّة للقرآن الكريم والحديث النَّبوي الشَّريف، متوسّلين في ذلك باللِّسان العربيّ الفصيح، ولما كانت دلالة الألفاظ على معانيها من أهمّ المباحث الأصولية التّي اشتغل بها علم الأصول لمعرفة مراد الشَّارع منها، فإننا نتساءل: ما الاعتبارات اللُّغويّة التي اِسْتَنَدَ إليها الأصوليون في ضبط معاني الألفاظ من جهة وضوحها أو رجحانها أو غموضها؟ وما منهجهم في التَّعامل معها؟ This article seeks to clarify the most important linguistic disciplines adopted by Fundamentalists in defining the significance of the legitimate discourse . Identify the to invest them in understanding the meaning of words and their implications for the provisions relating to the actions of the deeds of the legally commissioned person. With the identifying the ways to which it is connected, this establishment was done within the scope of the textual components of the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet ، Begging for that with the arabic tongue، And since the meaning of the words is one of the most important fundamentalist investigations that the Science of Origins emphasized on to know what the legislator wants from it. We wonder: What linguistic considerations have fundamentalists relied on in controlling the meaning of words in terms of their clarity, preponderance or ambiguity? And what's their approach to dealing with them.
