تقييم اداء استعمالات الارض الترفيهية في المدن (مدينة بغداد انموذجاً)

الملخص
المستخلص تضم مدينة بغداد العديد من الانشطة الترفيهية، تتوزع بين المساحات الخضراء المفتوحة التي تشمل، الحدائق العامة والمتنزهات الكبيرة والصغيرة، وحدائق الحيوانات والاحزمة الخضراء، وخدمات الترفيه الاجتماعية وخدمات الترفيه الثقافية، والمناطق الاثرية والمتاحف، وساحات الالعاب الرياضية والتسلية، الا ان مدينة بغداد لا تزال تعاني من نقص كبير في الجانب المساحي والعددي لهذه الخدمات، لا يتناسب من حيث حاجة السكان الفعلية ومساحة المدينة، ومع توافر عدة فضاءات ضمن الحيز المكاني للمدينة، نتيجة لتخطيط مسبق او وجود اراضي رخيصة، الا ان الارتفاع المستمر في عدد السكان، يحتم نمو المدينة الحضري واستغلال المساحات غير المستغلة، فتفقد المدينة الفضاءات الخالية التي تعد متنفساً لها، هذا بالإضافة الى زحف استخدامات الارض الاخرى وبشكل عشوائي وغير مدروس على حساب الاستخدام الترفيهي. Abstract The city of Baghdad includes many recreational activities, distributed among open green spaces that include, public parks, large and small parks, zoos, green belts, social entertainment services, cultural entertainment services, archaeological areas, museums, sports and entertainment arenas, but the city of Baghdad is still suffering There is a great shortage in the spatial and numerical aspect of these services, which is not commensurate in terms of the actual needs of the population and the area of the city, and with the availability of several spaces within the spatial space of the city, as a result of prior planning or the presence of cheap lands, but the continuous increase in the population, necessitates the urban growth of the city and exploitation Unused spaces, the city loses the empty spaces that are an outlet for it, in addition to the encroachment of other land uses, randomly and unthoughtfully at the expense of recreational use.
