الملخص
ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة أهمية التحول نحو الطاقات المتجددة كآلية لتحقيق الأمن الطاقوي وضمان تنمية مستدامة، حيث أن هدف تحقيق أمن طاقوي وتنمية مستدامة تحقق رفاهية المجتمع في الحاضر وتحافظ على حقوق الأجيال القادمة في المستقبل محل اهتمام كل دول العالم، باعتبار أن الطاقة تمثل عصب الاقتصاد ولا يمكن تصور أي تطور اقتصادي دون توفر مستوى مقبول من مصادر الطاقة، ذلك أن التزايد المستمر في الطلب على مصادر الطاقة التقليدية خاصة في الدول الصناعية وارتفاع أسعار هذه المصادر أدى إلى البحث عن مصادر جديدة للطاقة تضمن الحصول على إمدادات مناسبة وبأسعار معقولة بالنسبة للدول المستوردة، أما بالنسبة للدول المصدرة فتبحث عن زيادة الإنتاج بالبحث عن مصادر جديدة من أجل زيادة التصدير، هذا من جهة وتكون صديقة للبيئة من جهة أخرى، مما دفع بأغلب الدول إلى التوجه نحو الاهتمام بالاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة. الكلمات المفتاحية: تحول طاقوي، طاقات متجددة، أمن طاقوي، تنمية مستدامة. Abstract: this study addressing the importance of moving towards renewable energies as a mechanism for achieving energy security and ensure sustainable development, whereas the goal of achieve energy security and sustainable development achieving the welfare of population in present and seeks the rights of future generations, as energy is the nerve of the economy and no economic development can be imagined without an acceptable level of energy, because the continuous increase in demand on traditional sources energy especially in developed countries and hight the prices of this sources led to search on new sources of energy ensuring access to adequate energy supplies and reasonable prices for importing countries, as for exporting countries they seek to increase production by search a new sources to increase exports and environmentally, which led the most countries to the interest in investing in renewable energies.
