الملخص
من اهم المصادر التمويلية للجزائر الاستثمار الأجنبي، وهو ما أدى بالمشرع الى محاولة مواكبة التطور الحاصل عالميا عن طريق تعديله لنصوص قانون الاستثمار والنصوص التنظيمية له والقوانين القطاعية ذات الصلة، سعيا منه نحو تشجيع الاستثمار وتوجيهه نحو القطاعات البديلة لقطاع المحروقات بمنحه ضمانات وحماية وطنية له، وذلك بإقرار عدة أليات تشكل نوعا من الضمان والحماية اللازمة لخلق مناخ استثماري ، وملائم، يشجع المستثمرين على الاستثمار والمنافسة النزيهة لتطوير الاقتصاد الوطني. One of the most important financing sources for Algeria is foreign investment, which is what led the legislator to try to keep pace with the development taking place globally by amending the texts of the investment law and its regulatory texts and related sector laws, seeking to encourage investment and direct it towards alternative sectors to the hydrocarbon sector by granting it guarantees and national protection. By adopting several mechanisms that constitute a kind of guarantee and protection necessary to create a suitable investment climate that encourages investors to invest and fair competition to develop the national economy.
