Résumé
RÉSUMÉ L’E.S.S. s’étend peu à peu dans les pays africains et en particulier au Maghreb, qui y constate une vraie option de développement. La majorité des pays africains (notamment maghrébins) ont de la sorte installé des structures politiques et légales afin de favoriser l’E.S.S. ou livrer son évolution à des organismes étatiques (institutionnels). A l’époque des restructurations en réponse à la crise mondiale, faire constater la participation de l’E.S.S. dans le développement est pour une bonne raison un défi primordial à l’échelle régional, national et international. Dans cette perspective, coopération et réseaux mènent une mission capitale en mettant à la disposition des acteurs de l’E.S.S. des solutions à leurs ambitions typiques. La création d’échanges et de débats entre acteurs du partenariat internationalisé et ceux de l’E.S.S. et l’essor de réseaux et de la période d’interactivités permettent à l’ensemble des participants à concourir activement à l’international. A B S T R A C T The E.S.S. is gradually spreading in African countries and in particular in the Maghreb, where there is a real development option. The majority of African countries (notably Maghreb countries) have in this way set up political and legal structures in order to favor the E.S.S. or deliver its evolution to state (institutional) organizations. At the time of the restructurings in response to the world crisis, to make note the participation of the E.S.S. in development is for a good reason a major challenge at the regional, national and international levels. In this perspective, cooperation and networks carry out a capital mission by making available to the actors of the E.S.S. solutions to their typical ambitions. The creation of exchanges and debates between actors of the internationalized partnership and those of the E.S.S. and the growth of networks and the period of interactivity allow all participants to actively participate internationally.
