الملخص
يحاول هذا البحث الكشف عن الحياة الثقافية والفكرية في حاضرة تيهرت بوصفها أول عاصمة لأول دولة قي المرحلة الإسلامية في تاريخ الجزائر، وعرفت بازدهارها الثقافي والفكري، وتسامحها مع كل الفرق الإسلامية والمذاهب الفقهية، وكان دورها الثقافي الإشعاعي تجاوز حدود الدولة إلى فضاء الغرب الإسلامي والمشرق الإسلامي، والافريقي بل تجاوزه إلى الضفة الغربية من البحر المتوسط، وقدم لنا أول مفسر للقرآن الكريم في الغرب الإسلامي كله، وأول شاعر مكتمل الشاعرية ذاع صيته حتى في المشرق الإسلامي، كما قدمت لنا تراثا ضخما في مجالات علوم شتى، وربما مكتبة المعصومة تشهد على ذلك باحتوائها على مئات الآلاف من الكتب والمجلدات، ومن هذا المنظور فهي تستحق الكشف عن دورها الحضاري والثقافي والفكري. Abstract This research attempts to explore the cultural and intellectual life in the metropolis of Tehret as the first capital of the first state in the Islamic period in the history of Algeria. This period was known for its cultural and intellectual prosperity, and its tolerance with all Islamic groups and jurisprudential schools of thought. However, its brilliant cultural role went beyond the borders of the state to the space of the Islamic West, the Islamic East, and the African, but even surpassed it to the Mediterranean West Bank. This space provided us with first interpreter” Mufasir” of the Holy Qur’an in the entire Islamic West, and the first poet with fully developed poetry skills who gained fame even in the Islamic East. It also offered us a huge heritage in various scientific fields, and perhaps the infallible library attests that by hosting hundreds of thousands of books and volumes, and from this perspective, it is worth revealing its civilizational, cultural and intellectual role.
