تقييم فعالية نتائج السياسة الصحية في الجزائر –دراسة تحليلية.

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى فعالية السياسة الصحية في الجزائر، من خلال التطرق إلى أهم المؤشرات الصحية التي تعطي دلالة واضحة على النتائج المحققة في القطاع الصحي ، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن النتائج المحققة هي غير كافية بالنظر إلى حجم الموارد المالية التي رصدت بالإضافة إلى الموارد البشرية التي سخرت للقطاع والتي أظهرت حجم التباين بين الوسائل التي وفرت والوظائف التي من المفترض أن تقوم بها والنتائج المحققة، كما أن التحسن في المؤشرات الكمية لا يعكس الوضع الصحي الحقيقي ما يؤكد ضعف فعالية نتائج السياسة الصحية. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of health policy in Algeria, by addressing the most important health indicators that give a clear indication of the results achieved in the health sector, and the study concluded that the results achieved are insufficient given the size of the financial resources that have been allocated in addition to The human resources that were devoted to the sector, which showed the extent of the discrepancy between the means that were provided and were supposed to be carried out and the results achieved, and the improvement in quantitative indicators does not reflect the real health situation, which confirms the weak effectiveness of the results of the health policy.
