الملخص

في ظل الظروف الاستثنائية التي فرضتها الحالة الوبائية نتيجة تفشي فيروس كورونا المستجد (كوفيد-19)، في منتصف الموسم الجامعي 2019/2020 بالجزائر والعالم، تأتي هذه المداخلة العلمية كقراءة في آليات تعامل الجامعة الجزائرية مع تبعات هذا الظرف، بأخذ جامعة مصطفى بن بولعيد باتنة2 كنموذج، كونها حلقة مهمة في منظومة التعليم والتكوين والتي ليست ببعيدة عن الإجراءات التي تم اتخاذها من طرف الوزارة المعنية. وزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي ، أومن طرف وزارة الصحة والسكان لإتمام الموسم الجامعي ومواصلته بما تقتضيه مصلحة الطالب والأستاذ والدولة، كي لا نقع في سلبيات الغلق التام، الذي لا تحمد عقباه، حيث اتخذت مجموعة من الإجراءات لإنقاذ الموسم والاستمرار في التكوين باعتماد نظام التعليم الجامعي عند بعد بإدراج منصات وأرضيات على المواقع الرسمية للجامعات، تكون نقطة تواصل بين الطلبة والأساتذة والإدارة كوسيلة حديثة للتكوين للحد من تبعات وتأثيرات الغلق الإجباري. Abstract: In light of the exceptional circumstances imposed by the epidemiological situation as a result of the outbreak of the new Corona virus (Covid-19), in the middle of the university season 2019/2020 in Algeria and the world, this scientific intervention comes as a reading in the mechanisms of the Algerian University dealing with the consequences of this circumstance, by taking the University of Mustapha Ben Boulaid Batna 2 As a model, being an important link in the education and training system, which is not far from the measures taken by the relevant ministry, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, or by the Ministry of Health and Population to complete and continue the university season as required by the interest of the student, the professor and the state, so that we do not fall into the negative aspects of closure It has taken a set of measures to save the season and continue to train by adopting the university education system at a distance by including platforms and floors on the official websites of universities, which serve as a point of contact between students, professors and the administration as a modern method of training to reduce the consequences and effects of the forced closure.
