الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية تقنية الفيديو المساعدة للحكم في إدارة مختلف المباريات من حيث تخفيف العنف البدني الممارس بين اللاعبين أثناء المباريات في ملاعب كرة القدم الجزائرية المزودة بهذه التقنية التكنولوجية الحديثة، وكما نعلم أن نجاح أي مباراة يتطلب جودة التحكيم، وهذا لما وصلت إليه الرياضة في الآونة الأخيرة عامة ومباريات كرة القدم الجزائرية خاصة من سلوكات العنف و من بينها العنف البدني بين اللاعبين. وللتعمق في هذه الدراسة تم طرح التساؤل العام كالآتي: هل تساهم تقنية الفيديو المساعدة للحكم في إدارة مباريات كرة القدم الجزائرية؟ وقد استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي وذلك لملاءمته هذه الدراسة، واستخدما الاستبيان كأداة لجمع المعلومات, وقد شملت عينة البحث على 25 حكم، وتم اختيارهم بطريقة قصدية(عمدية) وهم من بين حكام رابطة سطيف لكرة القدم، وقد أسفرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن لتقنية الفيديو المساعدة للحكم دور في تخفيف العنف البدني أثناء المباريات في ملاعب كرة القدم الجزائرية كون إحساس اللاعب أنه مراقب بهذه التقنية التكنولوجية الحديثة حيث يتجنب ممارسة العنف البدني تجاه خصمه الذي يعرضه لارتكاب خطأ أو مخالفة. ومنه فهناك عدة توصيات تكمن في: - تعميم العمل بهذه الأداة الحديثة في ملاعب كرة القدم الجزائرية. - تكوين حكام كرة القدم الجزائرية على مثل هاته التقنيات الحديثة العالمية. - تطوير ملاعب كرة القدم الجزائرية من حيث الهيكلة بما يواكب عصرنة الملاعب العالمية من مختلف الأجهزة التكنولوجية في مجال إدارة الملاعب والمباريات This study aims to clarify the importance of video assistive technology for referees in managing various matches in terms of reducing physical violence practiced between players during matches in Algerian football stadiums equipped with this modern technology, and as we know that the success of any match requires quality refereeing, and this is what sport has reached In recent times, Algerian football matches in particular have been characterized by violent behavior, including physical violence between players. To delve into this study, a general question was raised as follows: Does video-assistive technology for referees contribute to the management of Algerian football matches? The two researchers used the descriptive approach for its suitability in this study, and they used the questionnaire as a tool to collect information, and the research sample included 25 judgments, and they were chosen in an intentional (intentional) manner and they are among the referees of the Setif Football Association. A role in reducing physical violence during matches in Algerian football stadiums, given that the player's sense that he is being watched with this modern technological technology avoids the practice of physical violence against his opponent who exposes him to committing a mistake or infringement. There are several recommendations that lie in: - To popularize the work with this modern tool in the Algerian football stadiums. Training Algerian football referees on such global modern technologies. - Developing the Algerian football stadiums in terms of structuring to keep pace with the modernization of international stadiums with various technological devices in the field of stadium and match management.
