الملخص
عالجت هذه الورقة البحثية موضوع «مساهمة الرقمنة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تحديث كفاءة الادارة الرياضية«. حيث تعتمد الرقمنة في أعمالها ومعاملاتها مع الأفراد والمؤسسات على الوسائل الإلكترونية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات لاسيما منها شبكة الانترنيت، وسائل الإعلام الآلي والتجهيزات الإعلامية وغيرها، وتشمل رقمنة الإدارة أو الإدارة الالكترونية كما يحلو للبعض تسميتها، جميع مكونات الإدارة من تخطيط وتنفيذ ومتابعة وتقييم وتحفيز إلا إنها تتميز بقدرتها على خلق المعرفة بصورة مستمرة وتوظيفها من أجل تحقيق الأهداف وتطوير البنية المعلوماتية داخل الإدارة الرياضية، و هذا ما أدى بنا إلى طرح التساؤل التالي: ما مدى مساهمة الرقمنة في تحديث الإدارة الرياضية؟ Abstract: This study deals with the topic “Contribution of digitization and information and communication technology to modernizing the efficiency of sports management”. As digitization depends in its work and its dealings with individuals and institutions on electronic means and information and communication technology, especially the Internet, automated media, media equipment and others, and includes the digitization of electronic management or management as some like to call it, all the components of management from planning, implementation, follow-up, evaluation and motivation, but it is It is distinguished by its ability to continuously create knowledge and employ it in order to achieve the goals and develop the information infrastructure within the sports administration, and this is what led us to ask the following question: To what extent does digitalization contribute to modernizing sports management?
