الملخص

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف معوقات الإرشاد والتوجيه في مؤسسات التعليم الثانوي لدى عينة من مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد، ودراسة الفروق بين عينات الدراسة تبعا لمتغيلر الجنس ، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الإعتماد على مقياس معوقات الإرشاد والتوجيه لدى مستشاري التوجيه من إعداد الباحثان ، وذلك بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية وباستخدام الأساليب الإحصائية (معامل الإرتباط بيرسون،ومعامل الوزن المئوي ،ومربع كاي )أمكن التحقق من أهداف الدراسة والوصول إلى أن نسبة معوقات الإرشاد والتوجيه موجودة ،كما توجد فروق في معوقات الإرشاد تبعا لمتغير الجنس ، ليتم تفسيرها في ضوء الإطار النظري والدرسات السابقة ذات الصلة بموضوع بالموضوع.
