الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالي إلى تحديد دور الحوكمة بصفتها أداة رقابية في تعزيز أداء المؤسسات من خلال دراسة ميدانية على عينة من المؤسسات الرياضية، وتتجلى أهمية البحث في أنها تعالج أحد المواضيع التيل ا تزال حقلا خصبا للدراسة والبحث، وأنه محاولة لاستقراء مدى إمكانية قياس دور الحوكمة في تعزيز أداء المؤسسات الرياضية. ولتحقيق أهداف البحث تم إعداد استمارة استبيان لغرض جمع البيانات من أفراد العينة البالغ عددهم 41 موظفا، وقد تم استخدام الأدوات الإحصائية لتحليل بيانات الاستبيان، كما يسعى البحث إلى إضافة معرفية لموضوع الحوكمة ودورها في تعزيز أداء المؤسسات الرياضية، ينبع البحث من فرضية أساسية مفادها بأنه من الممكن قياس دور الحوكمة في تعزيز أداء المؤسسات الرياضية وباستخدام المقاييس والمؤشرات الدولية ، ولقد توصل الباحث إلى عدة نتائج كان أهمها هو أن التطبيق السليم لمعايير الحوكمة يؤدي إلى تحسين أداء العاملين في المؤسسات الرياضية ، وضمان التطوير ورفع الأداء واتخاذ القرارات السليمة The present study aimed at defining the role of governance as a regulatory tool in enhancing the performance of institutions Through a field study on a sample of Algerian institutions, The importance of research is that it addresses one of the topics that are still fertile fields for study and research, And that it is an attempt to extrapolate the extent to which the role of governance can be measured in enhancing the performance of sports institutions. To achieve the objectives of the research, a questionnaire was prepared for the purpose of collecting data from the sample of 41 employees, Statistical tools were used to analyze questionnaire data, The research seeks to add knowledge to the subject of governance and its role in enhancing the performance of sports institutions, The research assumes that it is possible to measure the role of governance in enhancing the performance of sports institutions and using international benchmarks and indicators, The researcher reached several results, the most important of which is that the proper application of the standards of governance leads to improving the performance of workers in sports institutions, Ensuring development, raising performance and making sound decisions.
