الضمانات و الأليات القانونية لحماية الطفل من مخاطر الأنترنت في التشريع الجزائري

الملخص
إنّه وممالا شك فيه أنّ ظاهرة جُنوح الأحداث تُعتبر ظاهرة اجتماعية خطيرة جدًا،والأخطر من ذلك هو تزايد عددهم من يوم لآخر لما لهم من أثر سيء على المجتمع الجزائري وهذا نتيجة التطور المذهل الذي يشهده العالم والتأثير على الجزائر من خلال تطور وسائل الاتصالا لمختلفة هذا ونُشير إلى أنّ المشرع الجزائري أولى اهتمامًا كبيرا بوضعه لضمانات قانونية لظاهرة جنوح الأحداث من أجل حمايتهم، واعتبرهم ضحايا حتى ولو كان هذا الطفل جاني لأنه يعتبر ضحية بيئته الاجتماعية.إضافة إلى ذلك فالمشرع الجزائري لم يدخر جهوده في حماية الأطفال من مخاطر الأنترنت من خلال اتخاذ حزمة من الإجراءات و التدابير في هذا الشأن ، و ذلك لما تسببه الأنترنت في جانبها السلبي من أضرار على للأطفال It's Undoubtedly you that the phenomenon of juvenile delinquency is a very serious social phenomenon, the more serious is the growing number are from day to day as they are very bad on Algerian society and this is the result of a stunning development witnessed by the world and the impact on Algeria through the evolution of media impact various connectivity.We note that the Algerian legislator paid great attention to legal safeguards for juvenile delinquency in order to protect them and considered them victims, even if this child is an offender because he is considered the victim of his social environment.In addition the Algerian legislator has taken various measures and measures in the framework of strengthened these efforts for the protection of the children of all that causes the Internet of risks by its negative aspect on the children.
