إصلاحات التعليم في الجزائر- قراءة تاريخية إحصائية -

الملخص
جاء هذا البحث أساسا للوقوف على الاجتهادات التي قامت بها وزارة التربية الوطنية في الجزائر من أجل إصلاح التعليم إصلاحا شاملا بهدف الوصول إلى مصف الدول المتقدمة ، حيث قامت وزارة التربية الوطنية بالجزائر بتطبيق مشاريع عالمية أنفقت الدولة عليها أموال طائلة . عرفت الكثير من المشاريع سوء التخطيط وعدم إعادة تكييفها مع خصائص المدرسة الجزائرية وكان مصيرها الفشل في أغلب الأحيان ،وذلك لعدم الإستفادة من خبرات الدول العربية والأجنبية المطبقة عبر العالم في مجال التعليم . سعت مختلف الأنظمة التربوية إلى تحقيق الجودة في التعليم إذ يعد تحدي الجودة في أي منظومة التعليمية من أكبر التحديات التي تواجهها الأنظمة التعليمية، والتي تسعى في جميع دول العالم إلى تحقيق مقومات الجودة فيها ، من خلال وضع السياسات وتطوير الأنظمة، واستحداث مجموعة من البرامج والمشاريع تحقيقاً لذلك. إن الإصلاح الشامل للمؤسسة التربوية يرمي إلى تشييد نظام تربوي متناسق وناجح قصد تمكين المدرسة الجزائرية من مواجهة تحديات الحاضر والمستقبل (أبو بكربن بوزيد،2006،ص07). الكلمات المفتاحية: التعليم في الجزائر - الإصلاحات - مؤشرات التربية. Abstract: The research was based on the jurisprudence of the Ministry of National Education on the comprehensive reform of education in order to reach the bank of developed countries, where the Algerian Ministry of National Education has implemented international projects with considerable funds -Many projects have been poorly planned and not adapted to the characteristics of the Algerian school and have often failed, due to the lack of use of the experiences of Arab and foreign countries applied worldwide in the field of education. Education systems have sought to achieve the quality of education because the challenge of quality in any education system is one of the greatest challenges facing education systems, and all countries around the world seek to achieve this quality through policy development, systems development and the development of a range of -The overall reform of the educational institution aims at the construction of a coordinated and successful education system to enable the Algerian school to meet the challenges of the present and the future(Abou Baker ben Bouzid, 2006, p. 07).
