الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة لتسليط الضوء على تكامل القواعد الأصولية و الفقهية في بناء الحضارة الإسلامية " البيئة والعمران نموذجا " واستعرضت بداية مقدمة احتوت على أهمية الموضوع وأهدافه ، والدراسة السابقة ، وطرح الإشكالية ، كما تطرقت إلى مفهوم ومصطلحات القواعد والضوابط كمفهوم القاعدة الفقهية والمقارنة بين القاعدة الأصولية والفقهية عند علماء الأصول ،ووضحت مفهوم الحضارة ، والبيئة والعمران ، كما بينت تكامل هذه القواعد الأصولية والفقهية وتأثيرها في بناء حضارة إسلامية على البيئة والعمران ، والمحافظة على صحته في ترشيد العمل الإنساني الواقعي ، ثم ختمتها بأهم النتائج . This study aims to shed light on the integration of fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules in the building of Islamic civilization "Environment and Urbanism as a model" and reviewed the beginning of an introduction that contained the importance of the topic and its objectives, the previous study, and posed the problem, as well as the concept and terminology of rules and regulations such as the concept of the jurisprudential rule and the comparison between the fundamentalist and jurisprudential rule According to the scholars of origins, it clarified the concept of civilization, environment and urbanism, as it showed the complementarity of these fundamentalist and jurisprudential rules and their impact on building an Islamic civilization on the environment and urbanism, and preserving its validity in rationalizing realistic human action, then concluded with the most important results.
