الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضّوء على أحد أبرز جوانب فكر ابن عاشور، المتمثّل في هاجس الأمّة في تنظيراته وتقعيداته المقاصديّة، من خلال التّركيز على ضبط مفهومين أساسيّين هما: الأمّة، والجامعة الإسلاميّة، وبناءً على ذلك استنباط أهمّ المقاصد الكبرى المتعلّقة بهما، مع بيان الوسائل المحقّقة لتلك المقاصد. خلُص البحث إلى مدى أهمّيّة العناية بالمقاصد العامّة المتعلّقة بالأمّة الإسلامّيّة وجامعتها، وأعظم ما أراده الله لهذه الأمّة أن تكون طائعة لربّها، قويّة مرهوبة الجانب، مكتملة النّظام، مغرية للغير بالانتساب إليها. وضرورة معرفة الوسائل المحقّقة للمقاصد للنّهوض بالأمّة، فإنّ وضوح الأهداف والوسائل من أعظم أسباب النّجاح، ومن السباب ما هو مادّيّ ومنها ما هو معنويّ. Abstract: This article highlights one of the most prominent aspects of Ibn Ashour’s thought, by focusing on controlling two concepts: "the Nation" and the "Islamic Community", and based on that, deducing the most important objectives related to these concepts, with a clarification of the means used to achieve those objectives.The research concluded how important it is to pay attention to the general objectives related to the Islamic Nation and its community, and the greatest thing Allah wants for this nation is to be obedient to him, fearful, perfect in order, and tempting for others to join it. Furthermore, this research concluded the necessity to know the means used to achieve the objectives for the advancement of the nation.
