الملخص
نعرض في هذه الدراسة أحد أهم الإشكالات التي ترد على درس الحرية الدينية في الإسلام، إذ يطرح حديث "أمرت أن أقاتل الناس حتى يقولوا لا إله إلا الله" تساؤلات عدة حول حرية الإنسان خاصة فيما له علاقة بالاعتقاد والتدين، وهل هناك تعارض مع الأدلة التي أثبتت الحرية الدينية؟ ومن هنا يفتح باب على دافع القتال وجهاد الطلب في الإسلام، على أن يكون عملنا هو إدراج الحديث في إطاره المنهجي وتوجيهه ضمن المنهج القرآني الشمولي لحرية التدين، وكان مقصودنا هو تفكيك الإشكال وبلورة إجابة منطقية تجعل دافع القتال في الإسلام يحمل رسالة سامية وهي حماية الحريات وكسر أجنحة الظلم والاستعباد. In this study, one of the most important problems that arize encountered in the lesson of religious freedom in Islam, It is substracted a Hadith :" I commanded to fight people raises many questions about human freedom,especially with regard to belief and religion, Is there a conflict with the evidence that has proven religioud freedom? From here the door opens to the causes of the flighting and the jihad of domand in Islam, provided that our work is to include the hadith in its methodological framework and direct it within the qur'anic holistic approach to freedom of religions, Our intention was to dismantle the problem and formulate a logical answer that makes the causes of flighting in Islam carry a lofty message, wich is to protect freedoms and break the wings of injustice and slavery.
