أخطاءُ المرحلةِ التَّقديميَّةِ في البحوثِ الجامعيَّةِ " قراءةٌ نقديَّةٌ في نماذجَ فقهيَّةٍ وأصوليَّةٍ" "introductory Stage Errors In University These, Critical Reading In Jurisprudence And Its Fundamentals Samples"

الملخص
تدور فكرة هذا البحث على نقد المرحلة التقديمية في الرسائل الجامعية المتخصصة في حقل الفقه وأصوله، والغرض من معالجة هذه الفكرة أن تُرصد الأخطاء الشائعة في هذه المرحلة، وتُقوَّم على نحو يجلّي الصواب الذي ينبغي الأخذ به في صياغة عتبات الرسائل: العناوين، والملخصات، والمقدمات. وقد توسل البحث بالمنهج التحليلي ببعديه التفسيري والنقدي، وتأدى إلى نتائج منها: 1 . فقرةُ الدراسات السابقة ملاكُ مشروعيَّةَ البحث، ووسيلةٌ إلى استصفاء الجدة المعرفية، لكنها فهمت على غير وجهها في كثير من الرسائل الفقهية والأصولية، فعُدَّ في السوابقِ ما هو مقطوع الصلة بعنوان الرسالة وإشكالها، وسُردت عناوينها بصورة آليَّةٍ عريّةٍ عن النَّخل المطلوب، وهو مفتاح صياغة الإشكال، وتبيّن الإضافة المعرفية. 2. بيانُ الإشكال أمُّ الفقرات في المقدمة؛ وعقدُ التزامٍ منهجيٍّ بين الباحث والقارىء، توزن في ضوئه مراحل المعالجة ونتائجها، ومن الملحوظ في الرسائل الفقهية والأصولية ضمور الوعي بوظيفته المنهجية، وهو ضمور أعقبَ أخطاءً في صياغته وترتيبه؛ فلم يُنقَّح من العوائق الغريبة والطردية، ورُتِّب قبل الأهداف البحثية، والأصل أن تُشتقَّ من أسئلته، وتتناسل منه. Abstract The idea of this research revolves around the critique of the introductory stage in university theses specialized in the field of jurisprudence and its fundamentals, and the purpose of addressing this idea is to monitor the common errors at this stage and evaluate in a manner that demonstrates the correctness that should be taken in the formulation of thresholds of messages: titles, abstracts, and introductions. The research invoked the analytical method with its explanatory and critical dimensions, and it led to results including: 1. The paragraph of previous studies is the angel of the legitimacy of the research, and a means to seek knowledge of novelty, but it was understood in other words in many jurisprudential and fundamentalist messages. It shows the cognitive addition. 2.Statement of the problem or the paragraphs in the introduction; A methodological commitment is made between the researcher and the reader, in light of which the stages of treatment and their results are weighed. It is noticeable in the jurisprudential and fundamentalist messages the atrophy of awareness of its methodological function, a dystrophy that followed mistakes in its formulation and arrangement It has not been revised from the strange and repulsive obstacles, and it has been arranged before the research objectives, and the principle is that it derives from its questions and reproduces it.
