الملخص
يجتهد هذا البحث في دراسة الضوابط الموضوعية والأخلاقية للفعل التحاوري؛ التي من شأنها أن تضمن السير الحسن لعملية التخاطب، وتُستهَلُّ الدراسة بمبدأ التعاون؛ الذي دعا إليه بول غرايس، مقترحا فيه جملة من القواعد الفرعية يجب مراعاتها من قبل المتحاورين حتى تكلل عملية التخاطب بالنجاح؛ ما فتح باب الاجتهاد في صناعة قوانين الخطاب عند كل من لايكوف، ولفنسون وبراون، وليتش، وكان المبدأ اللاحق يستدرك على السابق، ليقترح طه عبد الرحمن مبدأ التصديق الذي استمده من التراث العربي الإسلامي جمع فيه بين الجانب التبليغي والأخلاقي، وهما جناحا سيرورة الخطاب وتناميه، وقد مثلتُ له بمناظرة من التراث الإسلامي, لأستدر من البحث في الخاتمة أهم نتائجه. -Abstract: This research aimsto study the objectivity and ethical laws; that would ensure the good process of communication.The study starts from principle of cooperation; created by Paul Grice, he proposed in which some sub-rules that must be respected by the interlocutors even crowned the process of communication with success; what opened the door of research in the discourse laws; withLakoff, Levinson, Brown, and Leech, and it was the subsequent principle corrects the past, even Taha Abdul Rahmanproposed a principle of accord between speech and act, which derived from the Arab and Islamic heritage collection in which between objectivity and morallaws, theydevelope the discourse.I have represented it with a tilt of Islamic heritage, to extractfinally the most important outcomes.
