توجيه القراءات القرآنية الواردة في مسائل الأحكام الفقهية من خلال تفسير التسهيل لعلوم التنزيل لابن جزي الغرناطي (ت: 741هـ)

الملخص
This research deals with directing the Qur’anic readings mentioned in the issues of jurisprudential rulings mentioned in the interpretation of the facilitation of the science of revelation by Imam Ibn Jazi al-Gharnati, and it also presents the concept of the readings, their types and controls, referring to the concept of guidance and its importance and the compilations therein, and it was based in collecting the material on the inductive method, and it was found that Imam Ibn Jazzy He directed the seven readings, and also sometimes directed the odd readings, but he did not direct all those readings, may God have mercy on him, but he was satisfied with what he deems needing guidance, especially what had an effect on the interpretation of the verse, and his guidance, may God have mercy on him, was focused mainly on what is related to the brushes of letters. As for the fundamentals of the readings, he did not include them in his interpretation. The research also dealt with a brief translation of Imam Ibn Jazy al-Gharnati, and a brief definition of Tafsir al-Tasheel for the science of revelation. تناول هذا البحث توجيه القراءات القرآنية الواردة في مسائل الأحكام الفقهية الواردة في تفسير التسهيل لعلوم التنزيل للإمام ابن جزي الغرناطي، وتعرض أيضا لمفهوم القراءات وأنواعها وضوابطها، معرجا على مفهوم التوجيه وأهميته والمصنفات فيه، واعتمد في جمع المادة على المنهج الاستقرائي، وتبين أن الإمام ابن جزي وجه القراءات السبع، وكذلك وجه في بعض الأحيان الشواذ من القراءات، لكن لم يوجه رحمه الله جميع تلك القراءات، ولكن اكتفى بما يراه محتاجا لتوجيه، خصوصا ما كان له أثر في تفسير الآية، وكان توجيهه رحمه الله منصبا بالأساس على ما يتعلق بفرش الحروف، أما أصول القراءات فلم يدرجها في تفسيره، كما تناول البحث أيضا ترجمة موجزة للإمام ابن جزي الغرناطي، وتعريفا موجزا بتفسير التسهيل لعلوم التنزيل.
