الملخص
One of the most fertile books in the arab history that studied the history of the economic, social and cultural fields were and still are the Nawazil books. They were among the most valuable references, whose tockled cases in the hands of theologians, comprised very important information that where missed by the classical annals. Among those books which included the biggest cases in the middle maghreb were is «Dorrar El- maknouna Fi Naw azil Mazouna» writen by Abou zakari ya yahia Ben musa Al-Maghili Al-Mazouni (died in 883/1478) . This reference shed light on the varions aspects of the life of people during the middle ages, among that the scientific life in the central maghreb, some Nawazil were concerned by scientific situation in the towns and suburbs of central Maghreb in whitch they inficated the societies that took it upon themselves to undertake the educational process. They also anal ysed the relationship between the teachers and the students parents and the contact that linked them conser ning the wage and the duration, and also the teaching strategis and the most important subjects they taught. They also showed the disputes between parents and teachers and other phenomen a singled by the Nawazil such as Thursday’s student (a pay know in the central Maghreb).
