الملخص
الملخص: في سبيل تحقيق البرنامج الوطني لتنمية وترقية الطاقات المتجددة النظيفة، لقيت استثمارات هاته الأخيرة تزايدا ملحوظا في بلدنا وذلك بالنظر للأهمية التي خصها بها قطاع الطاقة والمناجم من خلال توفير الآليات والوسائل الكفيلة بتشجيع استثماراتها وانشاء قاعدة صناعية كفيلة بمتابعتها على المدى الطويل، اذ ما سيتم تناوله في هذا المبحث هو الجانب التعاقدي الخاص باستخدامات الطاقات النظيفة ،نظرا لما تمتاز به من رؤوس أموال ضخمة، تقنيات حديثة ومسار طويل المدى، مع دراسة لمشروع ينشط في مجال استخدام الطاقة النظيفة. في سبيل تحقيق البرنامج الوطني لتنمية وترقية الطاقات المتجددة النظيفة، لقيت استثمارات هاته الأخيرة تزايدا ملحوظا في بلدنا وذلك بالنظر للأهمية التي خصها بها قطاع الطاقة والمناجم من خلال توفير الآليات والوسائل الكفيلة بتشجيع استثماراتها وانشاء قاعدة صناعية كفيلة بمتابعتها على المدى الطويل، اذ ما سيتم تناوله في هذا المبحث هو الجانب التعاقدي الخاص باستخدامات الطاقات النظيفة ،نظرا لما تمتاز به من رؤوس أموال ضخمة، تقنيات حديثة ومسار طويل المدى، مع دراسة لمشروع ينشط في مجال استخدام الطاقة النظيفة.
