Résumé
RESUME : Cet article est consacré à une approche sociohistorique des nouvelles normes socioculturelles induites par le changement de statut des femmes, ici ou ailleurs. Après avoir passé en revue l’historique de l’incursion des femmes sur le marché du travail, à la faveur de l’ère industrielle en Europe-18-19s. Nous focalisons tout particulièrement sur l’afflux des femmes, au lendemain de l’indépendance, dans l’enseignement en Algérie. La féminisation du système éducatif algérien, par son ampleur, a engendré une mutation sociale occasionnant des retombées sociales, économiques, culturelles, remarquables. Title: Active women at work here and everywhere, from the complexity of roles to social mutation. - Women at the industrial age in Europe, the feminist staff in the field of education in Algeria SUMMARY: This article is devoted to a socio-historical approach to the new socio-cultural norms induced by the change in women's status, here and elsewhere. After reviewing the history of women's incursion into the labour market during the industrial age in Europe in the 18-19th c, we focus particularly on the influx of women into education in Algeria after independence. The feminization of the Algerian education system in its magnitude has caused a relative social change with remarkable social, economic and cultural repercussions. ملخص : من خلال هذا المقال نتناول مقاربة تاريخية-إجتماعية للتحولات الاجتماعية والإقتصادية والثقافية التي طرأت على أوضاع المرأة في أوروبا من جهة خلال القرني 18-19 بسبب خروجها من البيت إثر الثورة الصناعية واقتحامها سوق العمل ومن جهة أخرى في بلادنا غداة الاستقلال عند ما اكتسحت المرأة المنظومة التربوية الجديدة لتصبح عامـلة،بعد ذلك قمنا باستنتاج بعض الانعكاسات الناتجة عن التـغـيرات التي جلبتها هذه الظاهرة والتأثيرات التي مستهـن على الصعيد الفـردي والاجتماعي .
